§ 24-12-1-1. Definition of words and phrases.

The following words and phrases when used in this ordinance shall, for the purpose of this ordinance, have the meanings respectively ascribed to them in Sections 12-1-1 through 12-1-89.(*)

B.

When in a specific section of this ordinance a different meaning is given for a term defined for general purposes in this section, the specific section's meaning and application of the term shall control.
