§ 24-12-1-34. Metal tire.

"Metal Tire" means every tire the surface of which in contact with the street is wholly or partly of metal or other hard nonresilient material, except that for the purposes of this ordinance a snow tire with metal studs designed to increase traction on ice or snow shall not be considered a metal tire.
