§ 24-12-1-5. Authorized emergency vehicle.

"Authorized Emergency Vehicle" means any vehicle of the fire department, police vehicles, ambulances and such emergency vehicles of municipal departments or public service corporations as are designated or authorized by the chief of the New Mexico state police or the administrator.
