§ 24-14-010. Jogging, etc., at night.

Every person who jogs or runs in any roadway at night shall wear or carry reflective clothing, tape or equipment, or lights, or a combination thereof, so that he or she is visible from a distance of five hundred (500) feet, from any angle, when illuminated by the low beam headlights of an automobile.
