§ 25-01-030. Blocking, development permits.

Any person locating or relocating a mobile housing unit in the city shall obtain a blocking permit from the city building inspector, who shall determine if the location is equipped for the placement of the mobile housing unit with proper water and sanitary connections, and whether the provisions of this chapter are complied with. A development permit pursuant to Chapter 13 of this Code shall be obtained before issuance unless one was previously obtained for the lot on which the unit is to be located. It is unlawful to locate or relocate any mobile housing unit in violation of this section.
