§ 25-01-060. Existing mobile housing units.

Mobile housing units used as residences, not in mobile home parks, lawfully set in place before the effective date of this chapter, but which do not conform to the requirements of this chapter, shall be permitted to remain so long as they are occupied by the same person(s) who occupy them on the effective date of this chapter. Others shall be removed not later than two (2) years from the effective date of this chapter.
