§ 25-02-030. Size and density.

All mobile home park shall be a minimum of two (2) acres in size and shall not contain more than eight (8) mobile housing units per gross acre. In mobile housing unit constructed for occupancy by more than one family, each dwelling unit within the mobile housing unit shall be counted toward this density standard.
