§ 25-02-070. Walls and fences.

(a)

Each mobile home park shall be completely surrounded by a perimeter wall or fence, not less than five (5) feet in height, subject to the provisions of section 25-02-040(e). If the undercarriages of mobile homes within the park are not skirted, the wall or fence shall have eighty (80) percent or greater opacity.

(b)

Rear fences separating lots in the park are permitted if they are not more than four (4) feet high and constructed of nonflammable material.
