§ 25-02-090. Common-use areas.

Each mobile home park shall have at least five thousand (5,000) square feet of common-use area for every ten (10) mobile housing unit lots within the park. Each common-use area shall have a minimum area of five thousand (5,000) square feet and shall be maintained to preserve an attractive appearance and to protect the health and safety of its users. Common-use areas may be improved as recreational areas or landscaped for use as park areas.
