§ 25-02-130. Existing mobile home parks.

(a)

Any mobile home park which, on the effective date of this chapter, complies with all ordinances that were in effect on the date the park was installed, or for which appropriate variances have been obtained, shall be allowed to remain at the same number of units or lots existing on the effective date of this chapter, even though it does not comply with this chapter.

(b)

If any mobile home park developed between December 28, 1965 and the effective date of this chapter, either does not comply with all provisions of the Code in effect at the time it was developed, or does not have appropriate variances under such Code, it shall be required to conform with the terms of this chapter within two (2) years of its effective date.

(c)

All expansions shall conform with the provisions of this chapter, with minimum acreage provisions applying to the total area of the expanded mobile home park.
