§ 26-02-030. Premises to be kept free.

The person having the right to possession of any land within the city shall keep such property free of the cocoons, bags, webs and nests prohibited in section 26-02-020 hereof, and shall destroy such cocoons, bags, webs and nests, all larvae therein, and all such insects.
