§ 26-02-040. Destruction of larvae.

Every person who removes any cocoon, bag, web or nest prohibited in section 26-02-020 of this article, or who removes or cuts down any tree, branch or any other plant to which any such cocoon, bag, web or nest is attached shall remove any such larvae therein, and shall not in any manner dispose of such cocoon, bag, web, nest, tree or plant until all such larvae have been destroyed.
