§ 27-01-030. Contents of license application.

Latest version.

In addition to the normal requirements of a business license application, the applicant for a license for a vehicle for hire shall submit the following information:
(a)

The make, model, license number and vehicle identification number (VIN) of each vehicle to be used for hire;

(b)

The name, age and New Mexico drive's license number of each driver employed;

(c)

The area proposed to be served by the business; and

(d)

A description of the nature of all services offered.
