§ 28-02-040. Same—Application—Connections.

When application for a permit to connect with the city sewers is made, the person so making such application shall file with the city manager plans, drawings, specifications or descriptions of the proposed work, and if the same shall meet with the approval of the plumbing inspector, a permit for such construction shall be issued.
