§ 28-02-060. Inspection; fee—Connections.

(a)

The plumbing inspector or his duly authorized assistant must be notified when the work of a sewer connection is completed and ready for his inspection. All work must be left uncovered and convenient for examination until inspected and approved by the plumbing inspector or his duly authorized assistant.

(b)

For each such inspection made by the plumbing inspector, he shall be entitled to charge a fee of two dollars ($2.00). The plumbing inspector shall be the judge of the total number of inspections necessary to be made.
