§ 28-02-105. Reclaimed water—Charges.

(a)

Any party wishing to receive reclaimed water from the city shall establish an account and apply for a meter as required by the water billing division.

(b)

Beginning with the first billing cycle after July 1, 2004, there shall be an increase in the charge of twenty-five cents ($0.25) to fifty cents ($0.50) for each one hundred cubic feet of reclaimed water used.

(c)

Beginning with the first billing cycle after February 1, 2009, there shall be a charge of one dollar twenty cents ($1.20) for each one hundred cubic feet of reclaimed water used.

(d)

Users of ancillary services for reclaimed water shall pay the fees charged for those services in Section 28-03-085.
