§ 28-02-220. Maintenance of preliminary treatment facilities—Industrial wastes.

Where preliminary treatment or flow-equalizing facilities are provided for any industrial liquid wastes, they shall be maintained continuously in satisfactory and effective operation by the owner at his own expense.
