§ 28-02-250. Cost recovery—Rate schedule—Industrial wastes.

The city commission shall take necessary steps to establish a rate schedule for sewer service that assures an equitable system of cost recovery. The purpose hereof is that the industrial users shall pay for the costs incurred by the city commission in the construction, operation and maintenance of that portion of the wastewater facilities related to industrial wastes.
