§ 28-03-010. Water supply protection.

The city manager shall make such rules and regulations in furtherance of the purposes of this article and not inconsistent with the specific provisions of this article, for the installation, repair or alteration of air conditioning systems, water treatment equipment and water operated devices may be deemed necessary to properly protect the water supply system.
