§ 28-03-050. Meter installation required.

No water shall be used from any mains or pipes owned or controlled by the city, without a meter having been previously installed by the city. It shall be unlawful for any person to connect onto any city mains or pipes, or use water from such mains or pipes without having notified the city manager or his agent of such intention, and requesting the installation of a meter.
