§ 28-04-030. Trespass on city reservoirs.

Latest version.

No person shall enter upon any fenced or otherwise enclosed property adjacent to a city reservoir, or climb upon or into any tank reservoir, or place or deposit anything into any city reservoir, except where specifically authorized by the city manager or his designated agent. This section shall not apply to activities specifically permitted on the Bonito Lake reservoir.
