§ 29-03-080. Fences—District R-1.

No solid fence or enclosure closer than twenty (20) feet to the front lot line shall exceed a height of four (4) feet, and no fence, hedge, or enclosure ;b1; wall on a corner lot and situated within thirty (30) feet of the intersection of two (2) street lines shall exceed a height of three (3) feet.
