§ 29-03-180. Parking—District R-2.

There shall be a minimum of two (2) off-street parking spaces of at least nine (9) feet by twenty (20) feet for each dwelling unit, provided that access to each parking space shall not be from a major collector street or arterial, and further provided that whenever an alley is used for vehicular access to residential unit off-street parking spaces, such alley shall be paved, be at least thirty (30) feet wide, have Hollywood curbs, and meet all other provisions of the city subdivision requirements for streets.
