§ 2-13-060. Rules and regulations governing central purchasing.

The city purchasing manager shall have the authority and responsibility to draft regulations related to administration of responsibilities under this article and interpreting and implementing the city purchasing ordinance. Any such regulations must have the approval of the city manager prior to taking effect.
