§ 30-02-030. Security for time deposits.

Any financial institution designated as a city depository shall deliver securities of the type specified in Section 6-10-16 NMSA, 1978, or a joint safekeeping receipt therefor, to the investment officer in an aggregate value equal to one-half the amount of the city money to be received, in accordance with subsection B of Section 6-10-16 NMSA, 1978.
