§ 33-01-290. Evaluation sessions.

The grantor may hold special evaluation sessions at any time during the term of a franchise, provided such sessions are held no more often than once every three (3) years. The grantee shall be notified of the place, time and date thereof and the topics to be discussed. Such sessions may be open to the public and advertised in a newspaper of general circulation at least thirty (30) days before each session. The sessions may include an evaluation of any items considered relevant to the cable system, the subscribers and the city. Either the grantor or the grantee may propose items for discussion or evaluation and both the grantor and grantee shall have the right to make presentation to ask questions and to otherwise participate in any such session.
