§ 3-01-010. Placing signs on poles, etc.

(a)

It shall be unlawful to tack or place any sign of any nature on any pole, tree or other plant or structure in any street, alley or other public place within the city limits.

(b)

The provisions of this section shall not apply to notices posted by order of the court or notices to the public required by law to be posted in a public place.
