§ 4-02-020. Airport Board—Membership, terms of office.

The airport board shall be composed of five (5) members, to be appointed by the mayor with the advice and approval of a majority of the remaining members of the city commission, two (2) of whom shall be licensed pilots. Members shall be residents of either the city or the county with a maximum of two (2) members residing in the county who do not own property in the city. The remaining three (3) members shall consist of persons who either reside or own property in the city with a preference being given to city residents. Appointments shall be for two-year overlapping terms.
