§ 4-02-030. Airport Board—Organization.

The airport board shall select from its members a chairman, vice-chairman and secretary, and may adopt any rules and regulations governing its proceedings which are not inconsistent with the ordinances of the city. The manager of the airport shall act as advisor to the board, providing it with all information necessary for performance of its duties. The mayor and city manager shall serve as ex officio members.
