Article 4-03. RULES AND REGULATIONS GENERALLY |
§ 4-03-010. Application; additional rules.
(a)
The rules and regulations contained in, or authorized by, this article apply to all persons on the airport premises. The use of, or entry upon, the airport by any person is conditioned on compliance with this article, and in addition to other available remedies, the city may exclude or remove any violator from the airport premises.
(b)
In addition to other provisions of this article, the airport manager shall each year promulgate an operations plan for approval by the city manager. This plan shall consist of rules and regulations for the sale and efficient use of the airport. Upon its approval by the Federal Aviation Administration, this plan shall be binding on all users of the airport.
(c)
The airport manager may, with the approval of the city manager, also issue such regulations as may be necessary in an emergency situation, to avoid an immediate and serious hazard to life and property at the airport. Such regulations shall not continue in effect past the next regular meeting of the city commission, unless approved at that time by the city commission.
