§ 4-03-100. Gasoline and damaging liquids on pavement; removal.

  • Spilling or dripping of gasoline, oil, jet fuel, kerosene, grease, or any other material which may be unsightly or detrimental to the pavement in any area at the airport shall be removed immediately. The responsibility for removal shall be assumed by the operator of the equipment causing the spillage or by the tenant or concessionaire responsible for the deposit thereof on the pavement.
