§ 4-03-120. Removal of disabled, abandoned, illegally parked vehicles.

The manager or his authorized representative may remove from any area of the airport
any vehicle, aircraft or other property which is disabled, abandoned, parked in violation
of these rules and regulations, or which represents an operational problem, at the
owner's expense and without liability or damage which may result in the course of
such movement.
