§ 4-04-020. City's right to concession and sales.

  • The city shall have the exclusive right of the sale of all concessions and sales of whatever kind, plus the sale of oil, aviation fuel and other petroleum products, from the municipal airport, except, that if the city commission deems it advisable, the right for such sales may be transferred to other parties. Any person who dispenses aviation fuel at the municipal airport for private or commercial purposes must pay the city a Fuel Flowage Fee. The Fuel Flowage Fee shall be charged at an amount per gallon of all aviation fuel delivered into storage tanks at the airport or fuel brought onto the airport for servicing private or contractor operated aircraft. The amount of the fee shall be determined from time to time by resolution of the City Commission.
