§ 4-05-010. Definitions.

As used in this article:

Landing area means the runway and taxiways for aircraft and the areas between and adjacent to the runways and taxiways.

Ramp area means the area used for the loading or unloading of aircraft passengers or cargo and the fueling or servicing of aircraft, and parking of aircraft.
