§ 4-05-030. Speed limit; negligent operation, condition of driver or vehicle.

It shall be unlawful for any person to operate any vehicle on the landing or ramp area negligently, or at any speed greater than twenty (20) miles per hour, or while the operator is under the influence of intoxicating liquor, narcotics or dangerous drugs, or when the vehicle is in an unsafe condition or equipped or loaded so as to endanger persons or property.
