§ 4-05-080. Right-of-way of aircraft; emergency equipment, emergencies.

All ground self-propelled vehicles except emergency equipment responding to an emergency shall yield the right-of-way to any aircraft in motion. All aircraft shall hold their positions during an emergency unless otherwise directed by airport personnel.
