§ 4-06-050. Parking of aircraft.

  • (a)

    Aircraft shall not be parked in any area other than those so designated by the manager.

    (b)

    Aircraft shall not be parked at the passenger terminal building except for the purpose of loading or unloading passengers, mail air express or air freight.

    (c)

    Upon direction of the manager, the operator of any aircraft parked or stored on the airport premises shall move such aircraft from the place where it is parked or stored to any other designated place or off the airport property at the operator's expense, and without liability to the city for damage which may result in the course of such moving.

    (d)

    Unairworthy aircraft, wrecks, "junkers" or parts thereof shall not be parked at the airport unless awaiting scheduled repairs by authorized maintenance personnel or unless written permission of the manager has been obtained.

    (e)

    No aircraft shall be left unattended at the airport unless it is adequately tied down or is parked within a hangar.
