§ 5-01-010. Definitions.

All words and terms used in this chapter shall be deemed to have and carry the meaning as defined by the laws of the state, particularly, but not limited to §60-3A-3 NMSA 1978. Where such words and terms are not defined by the laws of the state, then they shall be deemed to have and carry their common, ordinary meaning.
