§ 5-02-030. Tax.

The tax for licenses to sell alcoholic beverages are as follows:

Dispenser's license, per annum ..... $250.00

Retailer's license, per annum ..... 250.00

Small Brewer's license, per annum ..... 150.00

Beer and wine license, per annum ..... 100.00

Club license, per annum ..... 100.00

Temporary Dispensers license ..... 25.00 per day

All licenses shall be issued for the period July 1 to the following June 30. The license tax shall not be refunded or prorated. The above does not include application fees or business registration fees.

If a location is served by a city dispenser's license or retailer's license, and obtains a small brewer's license from the state, the city's small brewer's license fee will be waived.
