§ 6-03-090. Same—Notice to city and other officials upon issuance.

Immediately upon the issuance of a parade permit, the director of the department of public safety shall send a copy thereof to the following:
(1)

The mayor;

(2)

The city manager;

(3)

The city attorney;

(4)

The director of the department of public works.
