§ 7-02-035. Notice.

Veterinarians who administer anti-rabies vaccinations, pet shops and kennels within the city shall post and maintain a notice informing the public that dogs and cats must have anti-rabies vaccinations and city licenses. The animal control center will provide one free sign to each location. Each location shall post a notice in a location which is clearly visible to the public. Replacement notices must be purchased from the animal control center or approved by the animal control manager.
