§ 8-01-110. Permit fees.

Any person desiring a permit shall, at the time of issuance, pay to the city treasurer a fee in the amount specified in the most recent edition of the applicable city permit fee schedule, which this section hereby adopts by reference together with all amendments and future editions thereof. A true and correct copy of such permit fee schedule shall be kept at all times in the office of the city code official and in the office of the city clerk for the information and inspection of the public.
