§ 8-01-150. Toilet facilities required during construction.

  • Suitable approved toilet facilities shall be provided for the use of workmen during the construction of buildings; such toilet facilities shall be maintained in a sanitary condition, completely flyproof and odorless, with tight-fitting doors, seat covers, screen vent and weather-tight. Facilities shall consist of a frostproof, water-flushed fixture or a chemical toilet of a type approved by the plumbing inspector.
