§ 8-01-155. Bond.

No person shall provide toilet facilities as required hereunder for a fee or for any sum whatsoever without having posted with the city clerk a bond in the amount of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) in favor of the city; and provided further, that, any such person prior to providing such facilities for a fee shall have secured from the city clerk a proper occupation license and paid the tax therefor as required by the provisions of this Code.
