§ 8-03-140. Compliance required.

Latest version.

All construction of any sort or type within the city limits and any building or structure moved into or within the city limits shall fully conform in every respect to the codes and amendments adopted by the state construction industries division of the regulation and licensing department. Any failure to conform shall constitute a violation of these codes and ordinances and shall subject the violator to the penalties as set forth in section 1-01-100.
