§ 8-03-160. Abatement of dangerous buildings.

An unsafe structure is as defined in the International Property Maintenance Code as it is now or as it may be constituted in the future.

For purposes of this article the term "condemn" or "condemnation" shall mean to declare a building or other structure unfit for use or occupation. For the purposes of this Article 8 it shall not mean the taking of private property for public use.
