§ 8-05-030. Same—Application; issuance.

(a)

Before a permit required by section 8-05-020 shall be issued, an application therefor shall be made in writing with a plan made a part of such application showing the location, design and layout of the proposed improvements by the abutting property owner or his duly authorized agent.

(b)

When such written application and plan has been duly submitted and the fee hereinafter required is paid, the code official shall issue a permit for such improvements, provided the plan showing the location, design and layout shall conform with the basic standards, details and designs referred to in this article.
