§ 8-06-010. Standards.

(a)

Any person who shall construct any paving or water or sewer lines, or similar utility and street improvements within the city, shall do so in accordance with the standards and requirements of the city. All such utility and street improvements shall be installed and constructed in accordance with the "Technical Standards and Requirements Governing the Design and Construction of Utility and Street Improvements in Subdivisions" which were approved and adopted by the city commission on March 10, 1964, and shall further comply with any and all modifications, amendments or changes thereto hereinafter approved and adopted by the city commission.

(b)

It shall be unlawful for any person to construct any paving or water or sewer lines, or similar utility and street improvements which do not comply with the specifications and requirements referred to in paragraph (a) of this section.
