§ 8-06-030. Variances.

Where the city commission finds that extraordinary hardships may result from strict compliance with the regulations of this article, it may vary the regulations in specific cases so that substantial justice may be done and the public interest secured; provided that, such variation shall not have the effect of nullifying the intent and purpose of the regulations.
