§ 8-08-040. Regulations and technical specifications.

The building code division shall be responsible for development of rules and regulations necessary to carry out the intent of this article. Said rules and regulations are subject to reasonable compliance with the standards set forth within this article and are subject to the review of the city manager. Said rules and regulations shall include specifications to define back flow prevention assembly standard installation, details, and criteria. Initial and subsequent changes to the rules and regulations, and technical specifications shall be published by the building code division.
